Super Smash Poetry: Donkey Kong

Super Smash Poetry:
Donkey Kong

In dedication of Nintendo and their finest warriors featured in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, here is a collection of poems for each of the characters represented in this epic battle of the ages.Enjoy.

King of the Jungle (Donkey Kong)

Deep in the depths of the jungle,
There is a Gorilla seeking back his bundle,
A bundle of bananas dishonorably stolen,
Revenge in his heart gratefully swollen.

Deep in the ocean currents,
There is an obese croc named King K. Rool.
Rolling with his Kremling Krew too.
Gangplank Galleon is an invader to this Country.

Deep into this adventure through the ground and pound,
Barrels are tossed and goons are smashed,
With his son and family along, evil will fumble.
This is why they call him, King of the Jungle.

Nephew of the Jungle King (Diddy Kong)

Quick,  Wall clinging,
And Cartwheel attacks.
Nephew of the Jungle King.

Red shirt, No Pants,
Peanut popper.
Nephew of the Jungle King.

Banana appeal,
Rocketbarrel Boost,
Rocketbarrel Barrage.
Nephew of the Jungle King.

Quest with Dixie,
Race through Timber Island,
Forget Conker & Banjo.
Nephew of the Jungle King.

Lovable, Furry, Magical monkey.
Nephew of the Jungle King

Super Smash Poetry: Super Mario Brothers

 Super Smash Poetry:

Super Mario Brothers

In dedication of Nintendo's finest warriors featured in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, here is a collection of poems for each of the characters represented in this epic battle of the ages.
Enjoy.

Mr. Mustache  (Mario)

Mushrooms give him strength.
Jumping high, fireballs fly.
Ode to the Mustache.

The Pink Princess (Peach)

Damsel in distress!
Once a Toadstool, now a Peach,

She longs for the 'stache.

King Koopa (Bowser)

King of the Koopas,
Draconian turtle beast.
"Burn the 'stache alive!"

Dark side of the 'stache (Wario)

Fat creep, deadly farts
Big chomp, "Wah hah hah!" Awkward...

Dark side of the 'stache.

Egg Popper (Yoshi)

"Mmmmmmmmmm"
*Pop!*
Out comes an egg!

"Mmmmmmmmmm"
*Pop!*
Out comes another egg...

"Mmmmmmmmmm"
*Pop!*
Wait, aren't you a guy?

 Green Thunder (Luigi)

Oh Luigi...
How must it be to walk in the shadow of one's brother?
Watching goombas destroy towns won't make you tougher.
Thus your acknowledgment of organics must prove to work at best,
As you use your fireballs to blaze when stressed.

What happened to The Green Thunder?
Moving into your mansion was such a blunder!
Magic comes from such a tall green clothed man,
For he will find you shrooms whenever he can.

Keep on trekking because we all know...
Your long legs can do so much more!
Throw away your lazy attitude show,
And the Mushroom Kingdom you shall explore.

Namaste

Namaste,
Songs flow from where the motherland is greater than Heaven,
Out emerges a cacophony of broken hearts and stories,
To honor their existence so they will not disappear.

Namaste,
The taste of the Himalayas,
Nine Jewels,
Five Elements,
They fill the soul and spirit,
To express the purpose of peace.

Namaste,
Though they roam in circles in the streets,
We give bread and water to their society.
When they go to give their last breath,
Will there be one to honor their life and death?

Namaste,
We bow to you,
For we are grateful of the blood
That carries the nutrients of this world.

Namaste,
That shrilling cry under the city moon,
The City of Fog's streets looms
With those finding a home.

Namaste,
Let there be a salutation to you,
For those who have lived a faithful life to choose.

Namaste.

November's calling

They look from outside,
A world perceived through their eyes,
This light brings new life...

Life in a snow-globe,
As We are shaken by time,
Only if we knew...

A new perspective,
I feel it rise in my soul,
November's calling.

A Train Ries North

A train rides north,
As it has done for centuries.
The train passes through cities,
And various farms and factories.

A train rides north,
There is a man,
Who wants to restart his life,
Wherever the tracks take him is his plan.

A train rides north,
A child in the park waves,
For he is unaware,
Of the misery his future saves.

A train rides north,
Through the window we look out.
We see a new view,
Of the world that is about.

A train rides north,
Through the mountain and trees,
Watching as the paintbrush moves,
Over its majestical pleasantries.

A train rides north,
Without it we are lost in the cold.
Take up your warm soul,
And your beautiful life behold!

A train rides north...

Sludge

Sludge flows through the southern marshes.
Created by stagnant water collected from northern factories.
Alligators and wasps roam amongst the wetlands hands,
Feeding on any unsuspecting victims in the dark forest.

Sludge flows under waves and currents of the sea.
An oceanic buildup of decayed flesh and waste.
Inside the divingbell, we explore its mystery of weight.
Pressure builds up in us, crushing our brains into dust.

Sludge flows amongst the celestial stars.
Space junk circumferences on our distant planet a far.
In the absence of light, infinite mass compacts into a dark void,
For as the universe expands, once again it shall contract.

Sludge flows in the depths of the subterranean metropolis.
Chemicals, cigarettes, and false idols we toss below.
Beneath a beggar emerges above in search of food,
For he knows his death is near and shall return to the world.

Sludge flows as synaptic brain processes.
Trillions of neurons charge through our minds,
There exists no absoluteness of virtue, for we are all human,
Non-intentional entities that we cannot comprehend.

The explanation of Sludge we cannot define.

October Skies

October Skies

I.

The sun rises, a new month has flourished,
Behold the equinox, October will call
From our summer skin, all we have nourished,
Now the days shorten and the dead leaves fall.
People come and go here in this city,
I have seen many things moving through time,
Colors change only described as pretty,
Now we reset the clock for a new chime.
Like the days, darkness will not come for me,
Like that leaf on the tree, I will not fall,
Like this vast city, I will shine brightly
Like the limits of time, I will not thrall.
Wondering alone, here I am to plot,
Trying to untie this tightly wound knot.

II.

Look to the skies and watch the angels soar,
Lost at sea, only land they dream about,
The city grows for many to adore,
A boat sails to shore to let the men out.
A man holds out a cup for any change,
My friend reaches out her hand to show grace,
The tourist laughs and calls the bum derange,
If you have no love, now please leave this place.
Lost memories now awake in my mind,
Light begins to leave as my shadow grows,
Engulfing inside to a darker kind,
My skin thickens and blood no longer flows.
Now I watch you sit on your thrown of lies,
Since why can't you look into the world's eyes?

III.

Awake I am, not knowing how I'm here,
People there are, sprawled all over the floor,
First signs of morning light starts to appear,
As just like the night, I exit the door.
Kids cram these trains to places unknown,
With vibrant fashion, they show rainbow swirls,
There is magic that this city has shown,
We sit, wait, only to watch how time curls.
Look to the future and not to the past,
Have joy for the one life we live for,
The clock will tick and moments will fade fast,
Death has come to those many times before.
Reach with your arms to the heavens above,
Embrace yourself with everlasting love.

IV.

Hearing the chimes of electronic sound,
How we follow our body, and not our heart,
We move back and forth, waiting to be found,
Salvation we are given at the start.
If we took the time to reflect and feel,
You can clasp the wind breeze and the sunshine,
These days are ours, keep a path that's real,
We are not drones, so say, "This life is mine."
So rise up against all defeating flaws,
Give back, as much has been given to you,
There is only silence for those who pause,
For with these giving words, I bid adieu.
City of fog, where much is to be found,
Go take a train downtown and look around!

V.

Off to the moonlit streets, I escape home.
Now the bus driver takes me far away,
Buildings fly by under this city dome,
Puzzle pieces come together to play.
Slumber is something that I do not need,
Our world is dying, but we do not care,
There is knowledge to my brain I must feed,
My friends will not die as we just wait there.
Stand now to feel your worth and go give praise,
Patterns of destruction, do not follow,
Forfeit love and meet the end of your days,
Pride and conceit, bite your tongue and swallow.
Here we are, all in this life together,
Away your weight and become a feather,

VI.

Here we make our haste on the morning's eve,
We sing along from a lonely island,
Staring at the sun, I try to conceive,
To once again feel the warmth of your hand.
Encryptic thoughts and words I send to you,
From the depths of space, one day you'll hear me,
In this chapter, we'll still remain as two,
Beauty with purpose, together we'll be.
Trying to catch starlight in the night sky,
Now take my gift of fragments from the past,
Meet me under the moonlight and we'll fly,
The dawn will soon come, so let's make this last.
Don't leave me behind as you've done before,
With our hearts, the midnight streets we explore.

VII.

They live on the streets, only to survive,
We kick them aside as we pass on by,
Mistakes and hardships we cannot contrive,
Erase their existence from a dark lie.
I am a seed waiting to be planted,
Lay me into the ground and watch me grow,
My love of you I take more for granted,
If you don't tell me now, I'll never know.
Pagan poetry is all I now hear,
Distant, away you are, but then so close,
Please, listen... make this nightmare disappear,
Pain has only come from your overdose.
You need to stop working towards perfection,
But to accept your Father's affection.

VIII.

How long must I wait for you to come here,
How many alternate paths I must take?
Please... do think before you jump from this sphere,
Off to where your heart will no longer ache.
Still, we are children of the Creator,
Holding our hand through this journey of life.
For now, you may not see me till later.
Why leave here now when I am filled with rife.
Here to go at the start of this month's quest,
We hold hope for the magic of autumn.
Providence will meet us along at best,
Run from chance, for death waits at the bottom.
Thus we will meet our true fate with our eyes,
Watch, This will be the month that I shall rise.

Mordecai Manuscript Download

Download a Manuscript of Mordecai: Click the link below
http://dc98.2shared.com/download/7810036/fd325c82/Mordecai.docx?tsid=20090915-014417-6ac20bb5

The title of the book is Mordecai.
The storyline behind it is a dream eater in San Francisco who has to consume people's happiness and joy to stay alive. Mordecai is accompanied by a black German shepherd, Inguma, who speaks to him telepathically. Over time the dog gets bigger as the more dreams are eaten and eventually it overtakes Mordecai.
The book is split up into three sections, the dreams which are consumed, Mordecai's past which goes into another story about how the girl he loves ends up contracting a form of narcolepsy which causes her to fall into a coma and Mordecai tries his hardest to find a solution but ends up taking everything he has away, and the third part is about Mordecai and his dog wondering through the city at night trying to contemplate their purpose in life.
Story mainly reflects as a man floating through the city as a spirit trying to get his soul back from taking other's and hopefully remember who he was.
I hope you enjoy it and please let me know your true opinions!

Out Lies A Bird

Out Lies a Bird

I look out the window,
Out on the power lines lies a bird.

Everyday it goes to the same spot.
Waiting...
Waiting for a friend.

There alone it waits...
There alone unnoticed...
There alone it wishes to fly away.

Away into the unknown world,
Away being carried by a nameless wind,
Away into the vast frontier.

I look out the window,
Out on the power lines lies a bird.
And then I soon realize...
That bird is me.

Everyday I go to the same spot,
By the window.
Waiting...
Waiting for a friend.

There has to be more than this.

As I try not to think like the bird,
The world will continue to spin...
With or without me.

I am drowning in a void...
I am drowning in a void without your affection.

The truth is I am the bird,
I am the bird...

As it flies away, it realizes the beauty of life.
And so do I...

I am sorry.
As I wish none of this was true,
I must fly into a new frontier...
With...
Or without you...

Out flies a bird

Panoramic Views

Panoramic views, pick and choose your story.

It all started driving to work last night, a typical Friday night where they cool kids come out of the woodwork to go see movies, drink Starbucks, and slosh spit in the back alleys behind Ralph's. Sometimes driving with the wrong people can be sometimes the case, sometimes driving with the people who hate these typical teenagers can sometimes be the case. In this point and case, it was made when he made the first move, he's crazy!

The guy drives, who I won't mention, drives an Impala, and I do hate those cars.

The problem was that as we were driving down the alley way, he actually thought it would be cool to hit one of those kids out of pure anger.
"What are you doing! You just ran over that kid, I told you to not speed down these alley ways, they are way too stoned to move out of the way."
That guy is crazy, he just hit a kid, he is a legend to his friends now. I basically got over what he was doing and I decided to go into my work and started to work. Simple right?

Eventually what I began to notice is that the cool hip teenage kids in the area start to double, triple, reproduce at alarming rates. Inside my little fortress I was content, I did not really understand what was going on but at least they weren't trying to get me, until one threw the first stone.
The kid who got hit by the car threw a stone and shattered the front sliding door and when I went to look outside, all I noticed where thousands of people who wanted to kill me it seem.
"What did I do?"
"Where is Impala, he is good as dead!"
"Ah yes, I hate that car too."

Before I was about to narc on my friend, lo and behold, the Impala jerk friend came out and rescued me.
Jumping on the hood of the car, he sped up and started to run down each kid one by one, he was going completely nuts!
I was trying to hold on to dear life it seem, I was getting haymakers thrown at me left and right, a brutal feeling, a feeling that my face was slowly being pounded away by a thousand fist, but for every fist, there was three kids being plummeted by a car. Completely justified right?

When I thought things couldn't get any stranger, more things began to happen. That was only the tip of the iceberg, my night only got more progressively weirder. Such a long night, eventually I watched the sunrise thousands of miles north from my original destination, how did this all happen? I wish I could tell you, but if I did, I would have to kill you.

Panoramic views, pick and choose your story.

Decide well because you might not be waking up tomorrow. Will I be waking up tomorrow you say? I sure hope so, it appears that every time I talk to a new person about their life, my vision on the world only becomes more skewed. There are only a few who I truly feel that we are on the same page, but are we?

In the end of my travels, a travel up the longest bike trail on the Western coast, from San Clemente to Seattle, we watch the sunrise for one last time. Trying to get away from the scary kids and past of the south, I say my goodbyes and whisper this to you.

Have no fear
For when I'm alone
I'll be better off than I was before

I've got this light
I'll be around to grow
Who I was before
I cannot recall

Long nights allow me to feel...
I'm falling...I am falling
The lights go out
Let me feel
I'm falling
I am falling safely to the ground
Ah...

Be careful when you drive recklessly next time. You may not really realize the ones who are hurting until its too late when they are on the ground bleeding to death screaming to the skies to someone who never responds to their cries.

Panoramic views, pick and choose your story.

You wake up, only not to realize that this day will be the best day of your life. You are about to cross that window into a new dimension. There will be people who you cross in your daily lives that you will never talk to, never say hi, or never even think about a future with that person. Things sneak up on you, perhaps five years down the road you will become connected to that person, a friendship that could not be broken from the diminishing strands of time. Perhaps you accidently let that girl kiss or sleep with you a few years ago and you see her again, but you both realize your mistakes and you simply brush off like nothing happen. You're with your entire family, and she walks by you in front of the Cheesecake factory and you nod her head, and she does the same. This is the past, we try to hide it but sometimes because if we put on a suitable image to others so we look better ourselves. This is society, we are a crazy breed. Nothing is real unless if we make it real, but sometimes when you want something to be more real then you can possibly imagine, there are those, or even one person who blocks that from happening.

These are stories from the bike trail that takes us north past north, there were many people who would take shelter and rest in the caves in contentment and also fear from the outside world.
Depressing.
Alone.
Worried.
I couldn't help but ask why they would choose to do such a thing when they could easily get up on a bike and ride up the coast to see and explore a new part of the world instead of giving up on so many things.
The lady came up to me and said, "You know you have a home in these caves, but the sad thing is for you is that you don't even recognize it. You've been here all along."

Truth?

Panoramic views, pick and choose your story.
